Sands at Kahana 243 is probably the nicest condo vacation rental we’ve ever visited (and we’ve traveled a lot!). The owners did a fantastic job with the renovation, the property is low-key but clean with a decent bar/grill, and the views are amazing. We liked the location between Lahaina and Kapalua for restaurants and snorkeling. We stayed there five nights and did take out (Maui Taco one night and Miso Phat Sushi from across the street for 2 nights!) just so we could enjoy the lanai and sunsets.
We cannot say enough good things about the property! We almost wished we wanted to cook more because the kitchen is equipped as nicely as our home. The beach is good for swimming but not really for boogie boarding since there are rocks along the surf. I highly recommend it!
