“Everything we expected! Clean. Updated kitchen and bath. Directly on the ocean. Awesome view! Great pool and hot tub. Even thought the website says no Internet, there is wifi in the unit. Great to check in with loved ones at home in IL. An owner of another unit told us about a sea turtle who likes to sun herself almost every morning on the beach right behind the building. Very cool to see! Just a few minute walk to the ocean center complex. We ate at Beach Bums located in the complex. It was good and the portions were huge! Very quiet area, which is exactly what we were looking for. A short drive (10-20 min) will get you to the busy towns. Watching sunrise come up over Haleakala from our lanai was incredible!! Beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler were already in the unit. Very convenient! Our only complaint was that some of the dishes were dirty – those that are probably not used too often. I just made sure to wash what we were going to use ahead of time. Couldn’t beat the price either. Would definitely go back or recommend anyone to stay.”
