701 is a great condo in many ways. This is a true Ocean FRONT condo. Right on the front of the building with amazing views in all directions.
Love the wrap around deck on two sides of the condo because you can open the sliding doors in both sides and let the trade winds blow through. Never turned on the AC. Just enjoyed the fresh ocean breezes.
