I have wanted to write this note for several months now to thank you and your staff at Maui Beachfront Rentals.  My wife and I have had the pleasure of renting with you for several years now, 2 or 3 times staying at Kaleialoha.  Each time I’ve called or emailed your staff I’ve received a warm, helpful and informative response.  When I forgot to send in my deposit, I received a friendly reminder email that saved my reservation.  

In all contexts I have received excellent customer service and I want to complement you all.  However, in September of last year you went above and beyond.  In the midst of a stressful year we planned a trip – shorter than usual but it was what we could fit in and we were desperate.  Kaleialoha was booked… we discussed options with your staff and settled on the Maalea Banyans.  When we arrived, the condo was not suitable, for many reasons that don’t need to be detailed here.  Our vacation as crashing on the rocks when I picked up the phone to call your office.  Two hours and a few phone calls later we were resettled in Kapalua.  Easily, quickly, graciously and with no additional cost to us.  What other company provides such service time after time in both easy and challenging circumstances?


There are many, many options to book lodging on Maui.  I will be a lifelong customer with MBFR, and I tell my friends and family to check with you first when planning a vacation.  I am a pediatric oncology nurse, my wife is a musician.  Our time together away is precious.  While we were away my mother suffered a medical event that has kept us running since we landed Oct 2nd.  Our memories of that trip sustain me as we move forward.  So, this is a very long way of saying thank you, and wishing you the very best for you and the staff for the coming year!  I’m off to book for 2018, let’s try May this time….
