While in the area, we walked through the Ritz Carlton. Yes, their property is nicer, but their location is no where as good, and they are about 5 times the price. This property is right on the beach.
Everything in VRBO that described the property was accurate. It is a little dated, but clean. There is not AC or heat, but not needed. The air flows from one side of the unit to the other, easily keeping the place cool. There is an overhead fan if needed, but we hardly used it.
For the price, there is no better value. Lots of free parking. Nice beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella included. Great place to stay. We saw lots of turtles in the bay, and we could see whales from our room.
