We rented unit #1 at Napili Gardens for 3 families and we had a great experience. We were looking for a house with a central air-conditioning and chose this one. It lived up to expectations but you should remember that air-conditioner will be locked at 73 degrees and won’t go lower although it was a perfect temperature for all of us.
We had enough room for everyone and small repairs were done on the following day after our call. Two small beaches are at a walking distance but they do get crowded, so we preferred to drive to bigger ones. There’s a beach restaurant/bar across the street where you can enjoy the sunset with a nice cocktail at a reasonable price.
