“So this place is ALL about location and how you value it! I wanted an ocean view, no stairs or elevators, nearby beach access an a chill atmosphere in exchange for beds! I got that and then some!!! If you are looking for a “resort” experience with a pool, maid and other onsite services, this isn’t your spot.

The condo was basic yet very clean, good for small family or family with small children, great for couples and perfect for those who want beach time over room time! The unit is outdated but functional and clean! So this is a studio, Queen Bed and pull out futon type bed. Perfect size for two adults and two small children and less than. The unit has a very small kitchen with limited food storage and no dishwasher. Microwave was tiny but worked fine. My biggest complaint— Bathroom door needs replacement. It looks bad and locks you in the bathroom because of a faulty latch.

The unit has a million -dollar view and is located on one of the best beaches in Maui! For that reason alone, this unit is a steal for the money! The complex is really relaxed and fun and the noise is limited to the nightly BBQ at the outdoor grilling area. Another review complained of noise upstairs from the unit but I lucked out and hand no occupants upstairs. Will also find some beach chairs, snorkel gear and little one’s beach toys. I would totally come back to this unit!”
